Group Activities

Each week, we offer several group activities that are designed for people of all ages, stages, and walks of life to do wellness together.

 

Yoga

This yoga class for women will build from warm up to strength and cardiovascular sequences to cool down in one hour. By linking deep breathing with postures you will find yourself working harder than expected throughout yet relaxed by the end. There are moments to hear scripture readings, pauses for prayer and reflection, and opportunities to make new friends!

Cost: $10 per class

Disc Golf

Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, lean muscles, strength and endurance. There is an emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. This class focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and agility. Be sure to bring your own mat to the exercise studio!

Cost: $4 per class or 10 classes for $30

  • Tuesday and Thursday, 12-12:45pm

Zumba

Zumba is an effective, fun, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, cardiovascular dance and fitness exercise program. Enjoy wonderful fellowship and get a great cardio workout!

Cost: $4 per class or ten classes for $30

  • Tuesday Nights 5:45-6:30pm, June 6-July 11

  • Next Class Series: Fall 2023

PACE

Purposeful Activity. Community Exercise.

PACE is a community group exercise class that encourages participants to “go at their own pace!” It is designed for a wide range of fitness levels and motivates participants to increase their overall health, fitness, and activity level. Each class will be limited to 12 participants.

Cost: $4 per class or 10 classes for $30

  • Monday and Thursday at 5:45pm | Saturday at 9am

Fit for Life/Tai Chi

Fit for Life is a class designed to focus on increasing muscular strength, range of movement, balance, and coordination to help with everyday activities in life. Music, free weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a chair are used for the class.

Cost: FREE

  • Monday and Wednesdays at 11:15am

  • Bring your own weights or wipe down FLC weights before & after use

HIIT Class

HIIT is a form of moderate to high intensity exercise comprising of twenty seconds of activity followed by ten seconds of rest, alternating circuits conducted over 30 minutes. Each circuit focuses on a different muscle group and becomes a complete-body workout. Both high intensity and moderate intensity options will be presented for varying abilities.

Cost: $2 per class or $20 for 20 classes

  • Tuesday and Thursday, 8:05-8:35am

  • Full body workout 

  • Held in the exercise studio
